PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH CCA 61) (PART) (PARISH OF CAM) DIVERSION ORDER 2024
The above Order made on 13th February 2024 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed, will divert the length of public footpath described in Part 1 of the Schedule to a line as described in Part 2 of the Schedule.
A copy of the Order and plan attached to the Order (the “Order Plan”) may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TG and Stroud District Council, Ebley Mill, Stroud, Glos GL5 4UB.
Copies of the Order and Order Map may be obtained free of charge by emailing prow@gloucestershire.gov.uk (please quote reference CCA61/KM).
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Principal Public Rights of Way Officer, Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TG (email: prow@gloucestershire.gov.uk) not later than 28th March 2024.

Please note that objections or representations cannot be treated as confidential and may come into the public domain.
Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Gloucestershire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order.
If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
S C H E D U L E Part 1 Description of Site of Existing Path or Way The entire width of that length of public footpath numbered CCA 61 in the Parish of Cam that commences at a point marked A at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SO 7608/0039 on the plan attached to the Order approximately 48 metres south west of Road Number C206 known as Cam Green and proceeds in a generally west north westerly direction for approximately 209 metres to point C at OSGR SO 7587/0043 and being shown by a bold continuous line and having a width of 1.5 metres.
Part 2 Description of Site of new Path or Way A length of public footpath that commences at the said point A at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SO 7608/0039 and extends in a generally south westerly direction for approximately 26 metres to a point marked B on the Order Plan at OSGR SO 7606/0037 before continuing in a west north westerly direction for a further 193 metres to point C at OSGR SO 7587/0043 at the field boundary on the Order Plan and being shown by a bold broken line on the plan attached to the order and having a width of 2 metres.
