Recreation & Leisure Committee
The Recreation and Leisure Committee usually meets on the 3rd Wednesday as per the calendar of meetings.

Planning & Highways Committee
The Planning and Highways Committee usually meets on the 2nd Wednesday in each month.
Responsibilities
- Agreeing recommendations to District Council on all planning applications for Cam.
- Monitoring decisions made by District Council.
- Discussing, monitoring and responding to as appropriate strategic planning matters, e.g. monitoring and reporting of public transport issues, provision and maintenance of bus shelters, County Structure Plan, local regeneration proposals etc.
- Monitoring and reporting highway problems.

Financial, Policies & General Purposes Committee
Meets quarterly by arrangement and additionally as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Formulating budgets for decision by Full Council
- Monitoring budgets
- Financial planning
- Policy writing and updating
- Staffing matters
- Administrative matters
- Premises matters
- Other matters of a general nature referred from time to time by Full Council

Working Parties
Working Parties will be formed to assist Full Council and committees to oversee a project or champion an initiative with a smaller membership of specialised or interested members.
They may be formed or disbanded at any time dependent upon the lifespan of any given project.
They may be held on-line or hybrid on request.
Aims – to review and debate spending commitments related to the Community Infrastructure Levy. To report directly to Full Council.
Aims – to discuss the details of events and community engagement activities. To allocate spending commitments for approval and ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met. To report to Recreation & Leisure Committee
Aims – to discuss and plan for any events, activities, and requirements with an environmental impact. To liaise with external committees regards environmental responsibilities. To report to Recreation & Leisure Committee
Aims – to review the 5 year plan for Jubilee playing fields. To discuss and recommend projects or replacement pieces for all play areas. To report to Recreation & Leisure Committee.
Aims – to protect heritage assets and ensure that they are recognised and preserved for future generations. To report to Planning & Highways Committee.
