Contract Opportunity: Resin-Bound Mulch Pathways Installation

Cam Parish Council is inviting quotations from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the installation of resin-bound mulch pathways at Jubilee Playing Field, within both the toddler and junior play areas.

Scope of Works
The project includes:

  • Removal and safe storage of play equipment as required
  • Excavation of existing stone pathways (approx. 50mm depth)
  • Removal and disposal of existing timber edging
  • Installation of a geotextile membrane
  • Supply and installation of resin-bound mulch surfacing (colour to be agreed)
  • Reinstatement of all equipment following completion
  • Removal and lawful disposal of all waste materials

Submission Requirements
Contractors must provide:

  • Total cost (excluding VAT), with breakdown where appropriate
  • Method statement and programme/timeline
  • Details of workforce and supervision
  • Health & Safety information, including RAMS
  • Relevant insurance documentation

CiL Project Proposal Form
This must be as shown on your governing document. Your governing document could be called one of several things, depending on the type of organisation you’re applying on behalf of. It might be called a constitution, trust deed, memorandum and articles of association, or something else entirely.
