NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority,
has made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of the footpaths as detailed in the
Schedule below.

Part of Public Footpath CCA 32 from its junction with CCA 28 extending in a generally easterly direction for approximately 120 metres along Public Footpath CCA 28
Public Footpath CCA 33 from its junction with CCA 28 extending in a generally southerly easterly direction for approximately 270 metres to its junction with public footpath CCA 34
Public Footpath CCA 34 from its junction with CCA 32 extending in a generally southerly direction for approximately 390 metres to its junction with Class 5 public highway Court Farm.
The paths fall within the Parish of Cam, Stroud District, Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary to protect the public whist the construction of a large housing development is undertaken.
The said Public Footpaths were originally closed by Order commencing 25th November 2025 and was expected to end on the 25th May 2026. However, the works have still not been completed and the Secretary of State has granted an extension until 25th November 2027 or until the works are complete, whichever is earliest.
Emergency access and pedestrian access to adjoining properties will be maintained.
