The Cam Christmas Light Switch On will take place on Saturday 30 November – and the High Street will be closed to enable the event to take place. The High Street will be closed from 1200 noon – 6.00pm.

This road will be closed (as per the attached plan) from 0930 22/11/2024 to 1530 22/11/2024 to pole replacement works by Openreach.

Cam Parish Council has joined forces with Stroud Valleys Project to offer two free family-friendly events at Rackleaze Nature Area, off High Street in Cam during August.

Community Bat Walk
Saturday 24 August sees the return of the popular Bat Walk at the nature area. Meeting at Cam Parish Council offices at 7.45pm everyone will then head to Rackleaze Nature Area to hopefully hear and even see different bat species on their nocturnal activities.
